SEAMOS-MR-5K is a brand new compact and light weight naval pod integrated on a turret with three stabilized axis, comprising day sensors, an uncooled thermal sensor (Band III) and an eyesafe laser rangefinder. It allows naval ship-borne middle-distance observation and surveillance up to sea levels III and more, and accurate recognition of a NATO target (2.3m x 2.3m) at more than 5 km and its identification at more than 2 km day & night. Designed and manufactured in France, no specific export restriction.
